If you wish to be included in the Directory,
simply complete the Opt-In Form
If you need to amend any of your contact information,
you may also use the Opt-In Form
If you wish to be removed from the Directory, or change existing information,
simply complete the Opt-Out / Change Form
Note: If you are already listed in the previous Spring Directory,
and no changes are requested, there’s no action required.
